By accessing MusicKanHeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the State of Texas.
2. Intellectual Property
The MKH Number System™, all proprietary audio tracks, and branding materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Keith Norris. Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Subscriptions
All billing for the MusicKanHeal app is handled through the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for billing errors or unauthorized purchases made through your Apple ID.
4. Limitation of Liability
MusicKanHeal is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any technical interruptions or the inability to access the service due to third-party network issues.
